About Shisyokai

However, if there is no improvement or worsening of symptoms after 2~3 months, we recommend that the patient consider radical treatment (surgery). If symptoms appear, there must be a cause. It is necessary to find out the cause and remove it fundamentally.

If conservative treatment is performed carelessly and surgery is not performed at the appropriate time, improvement in muscle strength, numbness, and other symptoms is generally not expected.

If you have any of the following symptoms,
We recommend that you visit our clinic.

  • 01Those who have been treated for 2~3 months after the onset of symptoms with no improvement and are having difficulty in daily life and work.
  • 02Those with sudden muscle weakness (difficulty walking, using hands, etc.)
  • 03Persons with onset of urinary or defecation problems (may require emergency treatment)
  • 04Those with the appearance of intolerable pain.
